Crazy Exciting Week

Today you all have a special treat.  I, Derrick, will be updating Jenn's Blog.   It has been 87 days since Jenn shared with you all the great things we have been up to.  I will now share our exciting week starting on Monday.

Monday, we found out we have (almost) sold our home in Farmington, NM.  We loved that home, but are extremely thankful to get it under contract.

Tuesday was a normal day until we got the news that Ainsley needed to go to Primary Children's Hospital in SLC.  I was nervous until I walked in and saw the food court is located right next to the front doors.  Our little Ainsley had an infection on two glands on her neck and the only way to cure her was to operate on them to have them drained.  At 11 p.m. the doctors decided to operate.  The operation was a success and after 2 days in the hospital we have a healthy, HAPPY little girl.  Jenn can give you more details.

Wednesday, was spent at the hospital watching little Ainsley get better.  She recovered very fast.  She is a little rockstar!

Thursday, I went back to work and Jenn checked Ainsley out of the hospital.

Friday, We took Cecily to Kangaroo Zoo.  Cecily had so much fun jumping on all the blow-up toys.  She fell asleep on the way home.

Yay for Derrick! Jen, you will have to post more about Ainsley. I have lots of questions...what causes an infection in glands in her neck? I've never heard of that. Poor thing! It's always hard to see your little one in the hospital, doesn't she have mono too? Poor little thing! Winter sucks! I'm glad she is doing better! Congrats on your NM home! I hope everything goes smoothly. Any updates with your restaurant? Yay for Cecily at the Kangaroo zoo. That sounds fun, I want to go.
THanks for the reminder about the Elmo choop choop song. Ryan was singing it just the other day actually. :) THanks for the update!!!!!!!! Keep them coming. Give your girls a hug from us.
